Happy Halloween-Samhain, my darlings! (yes, I can properly say that, it's almost ten minutes into Hallyween for me here!)

I hope everyone has something lovely (or rather, scary!) planned for today. I myself do not, but I am watching The 100 Scariest Movie Moments on Bravo, which is a bit of a tradition for me. Yes, I know, not the smartest thing one should do before she lies her head down to sleep on Halloween Eve, but I like it! (& Leigh Whannell & Eli Roth are just so adorable & if their work wasn't so terrifying, I'd gladly see some of it!)

Supernatural was pretty nice tonight! Dude, I swear, if I give up on Supernatural AGAIN, it would only because of the GORE FACTOR! Great, razor blades in candy - I REALLY needed to see that before Halloween. Yeah. I actually turned my head away & CRINGED when the guy caught the case of the DEATH BY RAZOR BLADE INGESTION.

Also? I do not particularly like Castiel. I don't see the fangirl attraction. In fact? I don't even find him at all attractive, personally. (he could use some lip balm, I think.) Though he DOES remind me a bit of a character out of a Neil Gaiman novel, I will give him that, but no more. (& yes, I see the John Constantine similarities. Still unimpressed & totally unattracted.)

SAM HOWEVER? STILL YUMMEH. ::licks:: Even with the bloody nose & scary, demon-ripping-out-of-people powers. & Dean made me giggle lots in this episode. Ah, Deeeean. ::stamps hearts on his forehead::

Okay, back to being all spooked out for a bit! ::disappears in a puff of pink smoke::

Aw, you're now the second person in a row on my friends list who I've read doesn't like Castiel. :( I was half in love midway through his flashy entrance! Also, he looks like a puppy (and with minor, minor, minor spoilers for episode nine, I give you evidence). Anyway, I love that he started off as I'm An Angel, This Is What We Do and is becoming more human and (as of the last episode) questioning things. Then again, I don't remember John Constantine as supposed to be a likeable character. That's what I got from what I read of the first comic anyway.

Awww, well, admittedly, I haven't seen all of the current series, so maybe if I had, I would have liked him a bit more. But I'm still not cool on the disrespect he seems to show Sam. I guess I'm an anomaly in this case! :D

(& as for that pic - okay, he looks really pretty THERE. The rest of the time that I've seen him though . . . nope, not doing anything for this kitten.)
