EEEEEE! Now I'm even more excited to start reading your Fourteenverse! I actually reread that fic after I linked it to you & it still makes me sad, especially when Jamie & Four are alone in the woods & it's so clear he remembers the Doctor, even if it's horridly fuzzy. (6B happened, it happened!!) It's a beautiful story & I love it so much.
Yes, I think it's better if you finish the rewatch-a-thon first, because of all the references I put into it. The Two Doctors especially, since I quote it a lot, as I believe that, if Jamie's subconscious was to make him relive truncated parts of his lost memories, that one would be the one more likely to feature in his nightmares. Well, it also mentions Peri's fate in Trial of a Time Lord, I'm afraid, so I hope you won't mind being spoiled for that one. :/
O, it's alright - I DID know she dies during that serial, so it won't be like 'OMG NOOOOOO I WAS GOING TO WATCH THAT SERIAL NEXT!!!1111' or anything; it'll just make me a bit sad. (you know, when I started my Classic!Who watching, I had intended to watch The Trial of a Time Lord, for the Doctor/Master yay, but now, I'm going to wait & see how I feel about Six before I get it. & maybe, if I do end up liking him enough, seeing some of the stuff he has with both the Master & the Rani, as I've yet to meet her.)
Ooh, please do! I was considering making one myself, but for some reason my mind switches from Two/Jamie to Fourteen/Jamie every time I think about it. It makes sense, considering my current writing project, but it's nevertheless frustrating.
I'm actually already collecting songs for it - I've got two, maybe three so far, along with a title & the idea for the cover - it's one I definitely want to do & if any ship in the whole of the Doctor Who fandom needs a mix, it's Two/Jamie - our ORIGINAL slashtastic pair! ::sparkles::
(& as to your last . . . predicament . . . I'd prescribe a healthy dose of Two/Jamie smut & or romantic ficcage, if you're looking to fix it!
