I'm sure everything will work out fine in the end. ♥ & I haven't even HEARD of the Rutans, so I won't know at all if they're not right or such. :D
Well, apart from Horror at Fang Rock, they are only mentioned whenever the Sontarans appear - and not enough for the viewers to get a good idea about what they are. I did by best in terms of research to make them fit the image those who did watch Fang Rock would have, but I know something will be amiss anyway.
But still - Rassilon = Ceiling Cat! HE KNOWS ALL. ::scary boomy voice::
