I think you made the right choice. I don't remember practically anything from Attack of the Cybermen apart from the plot point that follows from Resurrection of the Daleks and the thing with the TARDIS' chameleon circuit so i can't tell you if it's good or not, so you should try and get it only after you watch The Two Doctors (which I think it's a good introduction to Six - but then again I like him and therefore enjoy many serials others hate) and only if you end up liking Six.

O yay! I just hope it'll be there still, if I should want to get it eventually! ♥

& I most certainly will! Hopefully a cute & friendly sort of fellow will notice it? ^___^
