Wow, it's kind of been a while since I did a really good picspam, hasn't it? Not since my Polly, Victoria & Zoe one in August, I think! So I think it's time I did one again.

Specifically, a Dead Like Me picspam & even more specifically, a Mason picspam! Um, which I'm dividing into four parts because I'm doing both series one & two, but not the movie - I'm going to avoid that.

This is actually a little - okay, a BIG - something I promised nentari, for reasons I actually don't remember, but I've been giving her little spams here & there, so now I'm giving her & the rest of you a very big one! In multiples, even, as I could NOT fit all two series into just ONE little picspam. & of course . . . why would I want to do that anyway? ::smiles::

So, this here's part one, comprising episodes one through seven of series one.

This is Mason. Born 1939, reaped in 1966. He likes sex, drugs & rock & roll. He also tends to have a very nice sense of style for a dead bloke.



Here he is looting dead people! (that he had nothing to do with, as far as I know.)





Now he's carrying on a nice little conversation with the new girl while a dead body is right next to him.

Mason, doing what he does best after being a reaper - being a petty thief. But you can't say he doesn't do it with a bit of style, however. ::grins::



Totally about the fashion here - Mason's totally a fashion idol/inspiration of mine. Why lie?



I started with his fingerless gloves. ::scrunches her nose up at everyone:: But practically, I can't really DO anything in actual gloves!

OKAY, MASON, GET THAT SILLY SHIRT OFF BEFORE I LOSE ALL SARTORIAL RESPECT FOR YOU PLZ.

Okay, this had to be included because this scene just . . . really amuses me. ::smiles:: & the Mason/George shippers might like it!

::dies from the giggles:: I HAVE NO IDEA WHY THAT IS SUCH A CUTE MOMENT, REALLY. But aww, look how nice Rube is being to Mason!

























I'm really kind of in love with his very first interaction with Daisy. It's kind of sweet & it always sort of . . . I don't know, just . . . ::waves hands:: it feels very sweet, like he really wants to get to know her.



But I have to say, I loved Daisy even more for that. ::giggles::



::gigglesnorts:: I love George's face in the background, almost as much as I love how confused Mason looks. My OT3 is awesome.



Look! He's already Daisy's bitch! ::dies:: He really has it for her already. ::sighs happily::



Also, he appears to enjoy being Daisy's bitch, I see.



& of course, the first time George & Mason are treated to the stories of Daisy's star-studded sex life will never fail to crack me up.

Um . . . I can't remember if he was talking to Daisy at that moment. But he still has that really adoring look on his face!

The next instalment will feature episodes eight (one of my favourites for caps) through fourteen & um, I hope this made someone smile a bit?

(Also, nentari was a sweetheart & made me a Daisy wallpaper! & a Doctor Who variation of it as well, which I also love. Thanks, love! ::glompglomp::)

THIS is a quick & snappy newbie guide (& the only one I found on LJ) that will give a quick explanation without being spoilery, I think! :D

(though I will say - I've been warned that the movie is not very good. I HAVE it, but I haven't watched it yet because of what I've been told. Just saying.)

& GUH, EVEN SEEING IT FOR JUST CALLUM BLUE WILL MAKE YOU FALL IN LOVE WITH THE WHOLE SHOW. That's how it went for me! ^___^
