SQUEEE! Today was almost just as fun as Hewlett Christmas!

Okay, so my squee may suck a little, but GUYS. I HAVEN'T SQUEED OVER ANYTHING IN ALMOST FOUR MONTHS. LET ME GET BACK INTO THE SWING OF IT!

(& no harshing my squee, plzthnks. I won't harsh yours if you don't harsh mine!)

- I squeed when I saw Amanda Tapping in the opening credits. Just want to get that out there first!

- DUDE. Rodney was making me such a happy fangirl tonight - he's getting tougher! He stood up to John & OMG CALLED HIM BY HIS FIRST NAME! (I may have flailed a little when he did) THAT WAS HOT AWESOME!

- ELIZABETH. OMG. Okay, I admit, I'm not really making a fuss over Elizabeth being replaced by Sam - I sort of don't care & I also love Sam & I just don't see the big deal, but that doesn't mean I wasn't worrying for Elizabeth all through this episode! ::clings to her::

- RONON'S LITTLE CONFESSION AT ELIZABETH'S BEDSIDE OMG. I swear I felt sudden Ronon/Elizabeth vibes. HOW SWEET WAS THAT?! O RONON. You made my heart combust at least THREE times in that scene. SO. SWEET!

- RODNEY CALLED JOHN BY HIS FIRST NAME OMG. (just in case you didn't get that the first time!)

- RADEK!! ::squeals & flaps hands:: O you sweet thing! YOU HAD SCREENTIME! YOU ALMOST GOT KILLED. (okay, TPTB need to STOP giving the Zelenka fangirls heart attacks by injuring him so much! Please?) & OMG, how slashy was he with John? (or was that just me?) The scene when the two of them were getting ready to repair the hyperdrives, their helmets banged into each other & AWWW, IT WAS LIKE SPACE KISSING. (or that could be my silly fangirl mind teasing me. BUT STILL, INAVDERTANT SPACE KISSING.)

- Radek saying 'That was unbelievable" was really, oddly, strangely sexy to my ears. (MP3 FILES NOW PLZ.) Mmmm, accents!

- Awww, Sam's grown her hair! & she's still so pretty & not all old looking like she looked in the promo pics! ::snuggles Sam:: I'm kind of excited about her being in Atlantis now - MORE HOT GIRLS TO SLASH.

- Jennifer Keller . . . I don't know what to say about her - I sort of like her, but something about Jewel Staite playing her is just rubbing me the wrong way. To me, she's just a very unconvincing doctor who says all her lines so flat. But she was super cute in the hazmat suit! & she made me sad when she told John that when Elizabeth woke up, she wouldn't be Elizabeth anymore.

I'll give her time. Maybe I just need to come around to the new girl?

- Rodney APOLOGIZING TO JOHN. & AWW, THE MAKE-UP SCENE. BOYS. ::smishes 'em together:: YOU TWO ARE JUST SO MARRIED. I LOVES IT!

- Rodney saying how dumb it was for them to be fighting - BOOM went my little John/Rodney loving heart! O sweetie. ::pets Rodney::

- Next week looks shiny! Looks like Team Sheppard will be pulling a little Bonnie&Clyde action on the Replicator world & I'M ALL FOR THAT. ::nods::

So! Is Friday yet? ::dances about::

& you know what I want right now? Butterfly hair ornaments! I have three, & I want more to wear in my hair!

I squealed all over my journal, as you saw. It's just...I love my show SO MUCH! Rodney in the jumper and Ronon with the "thank you, Dr. Weir" and John with the "apology accepted" and just EVERYTHING! Also, from the back? I can totally understand why Chuck can stand in for Joe because they have the same hair!
