Downpouring here in Middle Lantea today. Not the apocalyptic rain of before, but it still makes me happy!

& speaking of birthday, I have a little tale to speak of! You see, I'm in the bookshop at the mall everyday. Not because I work there, but because I like being there & reading. Well, there's this fellow who is quite friendly to me & always makes a bit of time to talk to me when he sees me. Well, today, I was sitting in the stacks, flipping through a manga that I had illegally opened & a Postsecret book & he came by (for maybe the second time?) & said hello & such. Then he asked me what day my birthday was on. (it's next Wednesday) Then he said he'd thought it was on a Friday so he could maybe ask me out for a coffee.

. . . I think I was just asked out. (this is how bad I am with dating & such - I barely know when I'm being asked out!) Was I?
